Mastey Use Me First Hair Purifier
Mastey de Paris has been a hair and skin care innovator creating the first Sulfate-Free Shampoo, making silicone free hair and skin care products, using only gentle, skin friendly ingredients, so it only seems natural that they would offer a product that removes the build up caused by using products that contain silicones and other impurities left in the hair by using products from other manufacturers.
Use Me First is a gentle, protein rich shampoo designed to remove build up from the hair. It helps to remove mineral deposits, chlorine, and product build up. Gentle enough to be used daily, but recommended for one a week use, this shampoo gentle purifies the hair enabling it to accept better coloring and conditioning.
Use Me First is a clear, slight runny shampoo with a very soft citrus scent. It lathers well and leaves the hair feeling clean and soft. With my color treated hair I must always use a daily conditioner in order to comb through my hair without tangles and Mastey de Paris Frehair Daily Conditioner is what I use.
Use Me First is available in an 8 ounce, 32 ounce, or Gallon bottle and is available from the Mastey website or from salons that sell Mastey products.
Ingredients: Aqua/Eau/Water, Rice Amino Acids, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), PCA, Panthenol B5, Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Decyl Gluoside, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Disteareth-75 IPDI, Methyl Glueth-20, EDTA, Isododecane, Glycereth-2 Cocoate & Benzoic Acid, Parfume/Fragrance.

Mastey de Paris Moisturee Conditioner
Mastey manufactures some of my favorite hair and skin care products. Silicone, oil, and sulfate free, Mastey designs products designed to work. Their products add moisture to hair and skin without covering them up with heavy silicones and waxes.Mastey de Paris Moisturee is a hair conditioner designed to add moisture to dry hair. The light, creamy texture melts into the hair giving it a moisture boost. With a light, fresh scent, Moisturee leaves my hair feeling better moisturized, stronger, and smoother. Using Moisturee after Mastey de Paris Traite Shampoo and before Mastey de Paris Frehair Daily Conditioner is ideal when my hair feels dry or rough after being colored.
Mastey products continue to be innovative and luxurious making them my favorite.
An 8 ounce bottle is available from the Mastey website and finer salons for $17.00.

Mastey de Paris HC Formula B5 Leave-In Hair Mender
Mastey de Paris HC Formula B5 Leave-In Hair Mender is a leave-in hair mender that I just recently purchased to try as it has been reformulated, without parabens, like the rest of the Mastey de Paris hair care line. This is a delightful, leave-in treatment that does not weigh down the hair. It makes it smoother, adds shine and detangles it extremely well. The scent is delicate and refreshing while not being at all overpowering. I find that a few sprays is enough to cover my hair. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and protein which help protect the hair and help make it behave better. This product is part of the Mastey de Paris moisture line for normal to dry hair.
I use this for two or three days following having my hair color done in order to help minimize the damage. I don't use it every day simply because I use a small dab of Mastey Frehair as leave-in and so use Mastey de Paris HC Formula B5 Leave-In Hair Mender as a moisture booster after getting my hair colored because it tends to be a bit drier.
This is a great product and works very well with the other Mastey de Paris products I use daily, Mastey de Paris Traite Sulfate-Free Shampoo and Mastey de Paris Frehair Daily Conditioner/Detangler. I am a huge fan of Mastey de Paris and find myself loving their products more and more each time I use them.
An 8 ounce spray bottle retails for $15.00 while a 1 gallon bottle can be purchased for $90.00. Mastey de Paris products are available and select hair salons and spas or online from the Mastey de Paris website.

Mastey de Paris Frehair Daily Conditioner
I have used Mastey de Paris Frehair Daily Conditoner and Mastey de Paris Traite Sulfate-Free Shampoo for years now. Even though I still try new products from time to time I still haven't found any other product line that works as well for my hair. The texture is that of a light lotion. The scent is sort of fruity but very delicate and definitely gender neutral. I think of Mastey Frehair as a moisturizing cream for my hair. It smooths frizz and fly away and makes my hair so easy to comb and style. I apply it in the shower after shampooing, comb it through and leave it for several minutes before rinsing. After towel drying my hair I use a small dab as leave in which I think helps protect my hair from heat damage.
The ingredients list for Mastey products are simple and straight forward. Mastey doesn't seem to feel the necessity to fill their products with fluff and unproven trendy ingredients. They stick to what works. Because their products are silicone-free, there is no build-up and I don't feel the need to switch products every two weeks. It is really difficult to convey in words how nice this product feels and how well it works for me.
I tend to go on and on about Mastey products. The reason is simple, I have used so many products, tried the latest of this and that, and yet, no matter what else I try, I find myself eager to use my Mastey. It's just works that well for my skin and hair.
I think it is also good to note that Mastey recently updated some of their formulas and quit using paraben preservatives in their hair care lines. They do not use propylene glycol, silicone or mineral oil.
The products are a bit difficult to find locally for some reason. Perhaps there is no distributor in the area, but I don't mind ordering mine online. A 16 ounce bottle of Mastey de Paris Frehair costs $20.00.

Mastey de Paris Traite Shampoo
Over 12 years ago my hair was damaged during a double process reverse highlighting. It resulted in my hair breaking off and having to have it cut very short. I was then using another salon brand of shampoo and conditioner but it was suggested that I try Mastey de Paris Traite Sulfate-Free Shampoo because it was sulfate-free, gentle and contained the Natural Moisturzing Factor. I was told that because it contained high levels of protein and amino acids that my hair would grow back faster and much healthier. At that point I was willing to try anything.Twelve years later Mastey de Paris Traite Sulfate-Free Shampoo is the only thing I will use on my sometimes dry, color-treated hair. I use Mastey hair and skin products because I feel they are the best products available. I have tried a lot of products and haven’t found anything that approaches the quality of Mastey.
Their formulas are simple, contain proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and the Natural Moisturizing Factor. The products are color protecting to help prolong hair color, oil-free and concentrated. Because Traite is detergent free it doesn't lather like most other shampoos. Instead, this rich, luxurious crème shampoo builds into a thick, firm lather, drenching my hair with moisture. My hair is extremely soft, shiny and manageable. The scent is light, fresh and clean. The texture is thick and rich and doesn't weigh hair down or build up.
I am unable to use products that contain, among other things, mineral oil, silicone, petrolatum, mica, titanium dioxide and propylene glycol. Ingredients found in many hair and skin care products. Having extremely sensitive skin, products that contain those ingredients cause me terrible breakouts and redness, even on my scalp. Mastey Traite is not only an ideal shampoo for me, it is the perfect facial cleanser because it is so gentle but cleanses so thoroughly. It leaves my hair and face clean and soft without drying.
As with all Mastey de Paris products they use cruelty free, plant derived, ingredients and no animal by-products. Their shampoos and cleansers are sulfate and sulfosuccinate free.
Mastey de Paris Traite Shampoo retails for $20.00 16 ounces and is available on the Mastey de Paris website and at better salons and spas.
